Concept Steel Creations - Sliding Gates

Sliding access gates are generally powered by electric motors and they run on a specialised track. The motors are high torque DC motors available from Centurion, ET and Gamy. These are the motors we generally work with and they most reliable. The are also larger AC/DC motors available for larger more complex gates.

Sliding access gates adds an extra layer of security to your house and will also allow you to enter without existing the car.

Sliding gates are generally cheaper than swing gates.

Highlights:

This is a typical example of a sliding gate. The installation generally takes 2 days as the track must be installed before the gate installation.

The gate is galvanised and epoxy coated for a long maintenance free product.

A typical sliding gate of around 5m x 1.8 will cost around R9000 excluding the motor and any extra work in addition to the normal installation. Prices vary according to requirements.
